Before You Wear
To ensure comfort and safety, we recommend testing for skin sensitivity prior to wearing your Nippies Basic nipple covers. Use the included mini test covers and protective pads, following the instructions below. Wear for up to 6 hours. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Consult a physician if you have any concerns.

How to Apply

1. Start with clean, dry skin—free of lotions or oils.
2. Gently peel off the backing from the bottom half of the cover.
3. Position the soft protective nipple pad at the centre, then press the cover onto the lower part of your breast.
4. Remove the top half of the backing, lift the cover slightly, and smooth it over the top of your breast. Tip: Always pull gently to avoid distorting the shape of the cover.

How to Remove
Slowly and carefully peel off—never rip or tug. Nippies Basic covers are designed for one-time use and should be discarded after removal.
